IAF supports ZINNAE to boost business development through international tenders
The Government of Aragon, through the Aragonese Development Institute, supports the ZINNAE cluster to develop a joint strategy with its partners in the management of multilateral tenders (ORDER ICD/214/2021, of 8 March, of the Vice-President and Regional Minister for Industry, Competitiveness and Business Development, grants to support Innovative Business Groups for the implementation of collaborative projects).
The water sector is one of the areas in which there is the greatest multilateral funding for technical assistance services, technology supply and turnkey implementation services. To connect this demand with the supply of its partners ZINNAE seeks to:
Identify specific opportunities.
Coordinate the preparation of the proposal, identifying resources and possible entities to participate.
Advise on the preparation of the documentation to be submitted to the international organisation.
Given the existence of these opportunities, ZINNAE has defined a joint strategy with its associates to open a new line of services to support its members in the identification of opportunities, the selection of bids, the creation of national and international consortia and the preparation of proposals for participation. In this way, the aim is to maximise their chances of success, as well as to generate international opportunities and speed up the preparation of proposals and the subsequent management of possible awarded projects. It is thus established as a new way of internationalisation through sales to international public clients, in a cooperative way together with the cluster members.
To this end, an action plan has been established which includes the definition of the strategy and actions for the preparation of a collaborative project between the AEI and its associates. This action will be aimed at improving competitiveness in the field of internationalisation: access to new markets, penetration in global business niches and integration into global value chains.
