ZINNAE promotes the development of proposals for collaboration between European regions through the Water Smart Territories Partnership (WST-S3P) initiative. Three European regions (Aragon, Centre Val de Loire and Friesland) and their respective water clusters (ZINNAE, France Water Team and Stichting Water Alliance) are leading this smart specialisation platform, in which more than 20 European regions participate, to promote the double digital and environmental transition. WST-S3 is one of the Industrial Modernisation thematic partnerships validated and supported by DG REGIO and DG GROW, which aim to implement concrete interregional cooperation and co-investment projects.

Thanks to the IAF support, and within the context of WST-S3P, ZINNAE is going to apply to two European calls in 2021:

In the HORIZON-CL6-2021-CLIMATE-01 call the Water4all proposal (submission date before 6 October 2021);

In the call SMP-COSME-2021-CLUSTER, the proposal for the creation of a Water Eurocluster (submission date by 30 November 2021).
