RIS IBERIA has presented itself at FIMA together with The TORO Company, highlighting its Aquatraxx and Neptune N irrigation belts. These belts have increasingly lower flow rates, adapting to new needs for optimising water use in agricultural crops.
In a clear commitment to new technologies and Agriculture 4.0, they give visibility to brands such as METOS Iberia, specialising in sensors and weather stations; and Spherag, an IoT solution that acts on all the factors of an irrigation farm.
In addition, they have presented the new image of their RIS Valves and RIS Filters filtration range, with a more homogeneous image between the two. These products can be fully integrated with the smart management and advanced sensor solutions presented.

Luis Alberto Gordo Martínez, the company’s Commercial Director, took part in the event. He spoke about the latest trends in irrigation technology to optimise water use, talking not only about programmers and IoT devices, but also about the use of the latest Big Data, Machine Learning and AI technologies.
He also talked about how awareness of the importance of water optimisation is being raised among farmers, highlighting the importance of listening to them and accompanying them to develop solutions in line with real needs. Commercial networks are very important, they must know how to transfer this information to developers, marketing and finance departments of companies through multi-disciplinary teams, in order to have the perfect product.
