BIOBOX NITRATES DAY IN USA
Our partner BIOBOX WATER, S.L, organised two events in Gilbert, Arizona (18 and 20 June 2024), dedicated to showcasing the results of its biological nitrate removal demonstration service. Despite the intense heat of the Arizona desert, more than 120 people gathered to witness the impact of this innovative technology on drinking water management.
BIOBOX Nitrates is distinguished by its pioneering approach to biological nitrate treatment, using its own technology with a fully automated approach and remote access.
Key experts such as Joaquín Murría from BIOBOX USA, Jeff Bower from the Town of Gilbert, and Rick Bacon from AMS Aqua Metrology Systems, shared their vision and experience on the importance of this technology to improve drinking water quality and ensure a safer supply for consumers.
Four informative sessions were held to discuss the benefits of biological treatment compared to traditional methods such as reverse osmosis. In addition, the challenges and opportunities of implementing plants on a larger scale were explored, highlighting how BIOBOX is leading the way towards sustainable and effective solutions for the treatment of nitrate-contaminated water.
