In Carpemar, we manufacture heat transfer fluids with a low environmental impact, specialising in non-toxic and biodegradable antifreeze. With products fully formulated and manufactured in our facilities, we adapt to our customer’s requirements, making the development of customised products one of our differential values. Thanks to our R&D laboratory, we develop several new products every year at the request of our customers, as improvements to existing products or to fill market gaps detected.

Recently a new line of business has been incorporated with the development of intelligent sensors for monitoring and quality evaluation for water, water-glycol or thermal oil circuits. With the continuous monitoring and interpretation of the properties measured in the same equipment, we are integrated into the SCADA present in each installation, communicating with it according to its available inputs, offering an objective and easily interpretable evaluation of the state of the fluid. This avoids corrective maintenance, improves the installation’s availability and efficiency, reduces resource consumption and shortens the amortisation period.
