ZINNAE already has an Equality Plan in place for the period 2024–2028, which reflects its commitment to establishing and developing policies that incorporate equal treatment and opportunities for women and men, without direct or indirect discrimination on the grounds of sex. It also promotes measures aimed at achieving real equality within the organisation, making this a strategic principle of our Corporate and Human Resources Policy.
All of this is in accordance with the definition of this principle set out in Organic Law 3/2007, of 22 March, for the effective equality of women and men.
