The 2025 National Cluster Congress was held in Valencia. The importance of clusters as unifiers of transformative projects and strategic pieces of the country’s industrial model to be defined was highlighted. The situation after the PRTR, the new European scenario, the new aid framework, as well as the current call and the new 2026 call for AEIs were analysed.
